EGM Water TechSol provides water utility operations consulting founded on the practical experience of Edgar Galindo de Moura, a chemistry professional with postgraduate education in Environmental Engineering and Basic Sanitation and extensive experience in water treatment and distribution operations. The company applies practical operational knowledge to the challenges faced by water utilities, particularly in operational monitoring, automation, water-loss management, system efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Our Approach

Meet the founder behind EGM Water TechSol
Edgar Moura
Founder
Edgar Galindo de Moura holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a postgraduate specialization in Environmental Engineering and Basic Sanitation, with more than 16 years of experience in the water and sanitation sector.
Since 2010, he has worked at Sabesp, Brazil's largest sanitation company and one of the largest in the world, supplying water to approximately 30.9 million people across 376 municipalities in São Paulo.
His expertise includes water treatment and distribution operations, pumping systems, reservoirs, operational monitoring, automation, instrumentation, maintenance support, and operational improvement in large-scale water supply systems.
This extensive hands-on experience forms the foundation of EGM Water TechSol and the EGM Water Operational Framework (EWOF), focused on operational decision support, system reliability, and continuous improvement in water and sanitation services.
